Defending dignity, amplifying voices.

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and promoting humanity's fundamental values. For years, we have worked tirelessly with limited resources to provide support and visibility to those who need it most. Today, we invite you to be part of this movement.

Together we breathe better

A meeting place for people living with COPD, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis and other chronic respiratory conditions.

Monthly meetings · Peer support · Practical information

One origin, one purpose.

Our work stems from direct experience. Wilson Gutiérrez, president and founder, faced extreme situations that led him to leave his country to save his life. Far from being an obstacle, this experience became the driving force behind our organization.

We have collaborated with Colombian institutions and US universities, demonstrating that change is possible when resilience meets opportunity. Our current goal is to expand this support network by establishing a central headquarters that will allow us to multiply our impact.

A case that marked history.

Our struggle has transcended borders. Behind our foundation lies a true story of resilience and determination. In his ebook, Wilson Gutiérrez recounts his experience in the first person, the long road to justice before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and how he transformed adversity into a tool for change for others.

Now available.

RESILIENCE AND OVERCOMING TORTURE: THE CASE OF WILSON GUTIÉRREZ SOLER VS. COLOMBIA

Your voice has power. Turn your outrage into action.

You don't need to be a lawyer to demand accountability. We will do our best to reach you with the appropriate agencies, organizations, and charities that can best help you.

Please tell us your story. If you are a victim, witness, or know of someone whose rights were or are currently being violated, let us help you.

Naples pulmonary club

Free Lungs:

Vaping is not just harmless vapor. Behind the sweet flavors and colorful devices, thousands of young people are developing a new addiction that affects their respiratory health and well-being.

We offer free guides, informative talks and materials so that families and schools can understand the real risks of vaping and make decisions free from misleading advertising.

What exactly is Naples Pulmonary Club?

It is a community support group for people living with chronic lung diseases (COPD, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, etc.) and their caregivers. We meet in person to share experiences, information, and support in a welcoming and non-judgmental environment.

Are only medical topics discussed?

Not necessarily. We talk about life with a lung condition: how to travel with oxygen, how to manage fatigue, gentle exercises that work, easy recipes, and we also celebrate small, everyday victories. The emotional and social aspect is just as important as the medical one.

What we offer
  • Monthly support groups for patients and their families.
¿Necesito llevar algo a mi primera reunión?
